Access by boat or trail (left
corner of Lagoinha beach), Grande do Bonete beach is
a fishing village that lives basically from fishing and handycrafts.
Part of this beach was occupied by weekend houses, generally of rustic layout but
within the local spirit.
Several artisans produce materials rich with the tradition of the old indian
people that lived there in past times.
One of the highlights of this place is its marvelous view of the Ilha do Mar
Virado island, an archeological site where remains of a civilization that is said
to have existed there 2000 years ago have been discovered. |
