| With its fine and white sands, this beach is frequented during
January and February by tourists and happy vacationers. In these months at night, nature presents a gift to
people when it makes the sands glow with phosphorescent lights caused by a specific type of plancton left over
by the receding tide.
Its right corner is much sought after by surfers. Due do the strong surf and several deep holes under the
waterlevel near the shore, it is well advised to be careful when swimming there.
From the middle to its right corner the sea is more friendly. A team of lifeguards care for the security of
bathers during longer weekends and the holiday season. |
