| What separates the two beaches is a small river that flows out to
a small isle.
Camburi is the "in "place" for artists, people from upper
social circles of São Paulo and worked-out and tanned young people. The sea is fierce with surfers disputing
each's downride. It holds a permanent lifeguard service from the Fire Department.
It has campings, hotels, lodges a small supermarket and little shops
with local crafted souvenirs.
During summer the nights are alive with bars and lodges that promote all kinds
of special events for all tastes. Its an exotic place to be explored step
by step. |
