| A beach recommended for angling and surf. Almost over its whole
length this beach has the waves breaking very close to the shore so one should be careful with the strong
undercurrents that may surprise the uncautious swimmer or angler. It is quite clean.
On its north end, close to the passing highway lies its pictoresque touch: a
fishing village where the locals still produce handycrafts and canoes.
Throughout the whole year its shoreline holds angling contests. Its south
corner mingles with the Capricórnio beach, where a pond is
the main attraction.
Along the whole beach one has a full view of the Ilhabela island.
